Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We inspect each product prior to shipment to ensure there are no manufacturing quality issues. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. A Product that has been worn or contains any signs of wear including odor or styling product, Damaged Packaging or Product, Discontinued, Closeout, Last Call items and sale items are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Signs of use, wear, including the application of styling products on wigs will make items ineligible for refund.
NOTE: We provide a wig cap in each shipment for use when trying the wig on for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. Use it with our compliments.
You needn’t return it to us in the event you return any wigs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
